PLACED ORDER VIA DAVBEAUTY FOR ITEM LISTED ON SAYOSTORE.$44.94 WAS CHARGED TO MY BANK OF AMERICA DEBIT CARD ON 12/20/17.

THIS WAS FOR A PRODUCT CALLED HAMMOCK.FOR.NECK. NO ITEM RECEIVED TO DATE AND NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM. WE HAVE NOT FOUND ANY WAY TO CONTACT THEM TO CANCEL. THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR MY SON, WHO HAS SINCE RETURNED TO HIS HOME.

IT WAS A PRODUCT WHICH HIS FATHER AND I HOPED WOULD ALLEVIATE HIS NECK PAIN, WHICH IS CHRONIC. I NOW WISH TO CANCEL THIS ORDER, ESPECIALLY AFTER READING OTHER COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

I also order the same hammock neck. After bugging them for the order status for few weeks I finally received the package, but the product is absolutely garbage. There are no instruction or anything like that attached on package that I still can't figure out how to adjust the height.

i ordered the same thing on 12/17..hammock neck sling..42.00..received nothing..fedex tracking number received from saiyo only states label was created, but nothing shipped. Dont know how they are able to get away with this.
